RATES

Our hourly rate for administrative assignments is $35 per hour, billed in 15 minute increments.  There is a minimum charge of one hour.  New clients requiring more than 3 hours of work are required to submit a 50% deposit.  We also have retainer agreements for a specific number of hours per month at a discounted rate. Additional charges will be incurred for any materials (i.e. paper, envelopes, labels, postage) used to complete a project.

Rush Assignments

There is a 20% increase on rush assignments.  Rush assignments are defined as a 24 to 48 hour turnaround time, excluding weekends.

If you need weekend work, please contact us and let us know your specific needs.  Weekends are available by appointment/special projects only.
