About Bonman Solutions

Bonman Solutions was founded by Bonnie Grossman.  She has over 15 years of administrative experience combined with over 9 years of property management and accounts payable expertise.  Ms. Grossman has worked in the corporate world of New York City for thirteen years and relocated to Florida almost three years ago.

What are our qualifications?

  • We have received virtual assistance training through Virtual Business Training  with Gretchen Berg.
  • Real Estate Support trained through the REVA Training Center, founded by Pamela Braue.
  • Trained bookkeeper through Allied Business School
  • Licensed Community Association manager (CAM) in the state of Florida, which means we are qualified to work with all condo associations and property management companies requiring a license.
  • Efficient in all Microsoft Office applications, QuickBooks Pro 2005, Tops 2000 (for condo management), Imprev, Top Producer 7i, Settlement Room, Share point, Tour Factory as well as many other types of real estate and administrative software.
